- Fair-minded — Show fair treatment to all people. Prejudice is the enemy of justice. Display empathy by being sensitive to the feelings, values, interests, and well-being of others.

How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
A good leader will never run away from the situation but instead face it and persevere through the situation, determined to make it through. He will be able to lead his followers through and guide them along the way as they overcome obstacles and makes sure that none of them gets left behind.
