  1. They listen to advice and not wipe off their comrades or own people.
  2. They make freinds when possible, not enemies.
  3. They are decisive and do not hesitate to make good decision
  4. They can make people go their way.
  5. They don't use brute force and muscle it out.
  6. They give a good impression on most people.




 Using the three kingdom war as an example, you can see even though there were equally clever people on each sie of the war, yet Chao Chao lost. As he was not open to feedback and he use brute force when he was angry, thus making the scales tip and makng him lose the war.

Leaders are Responsible as they look after and lead others. Thus, ALL the responsibilities of the others are also his responsibility as a another aspect of the leader's job is to make sure the group's work goes smoothly. Knowing this, it is obvious that the leader has to be very responsible.


Leaders are also humble as they lead people and most people will only listen to people they respect. If the Leader as every other trait needed to be a Leader but is not humble everyone would not listen to him and in the end, not do the work as well as they could have done. Overall, Humility would earn him respect from the others he is leading and the others would do their jobs well regarding listening to others.


Leaders are situationally aware(SA) as well. When the group is in trouble, the leader must be aware of it first. Also, they must find a way out of it. Thus, they need to be smart as well. "A leader is one who sees more than others see, who sees farther than others see, and who sees before others see."  a wise man(Leroy Eimes) once said. The quote is further proof of my point. Seeing further is seeing the problem, seeing before others see is seeing it ahead of time and seeing more is seeing the solution.


A leader would get out of a crisis by using the trust of the people he needs and his SA and smarts to get out.

How a good leader manages crisis in under stressful situations:

Leaders must face reality and reality starts with the person in charge. When in a crisis, a leader has to quickly make a move or have a smart decision to change the situation they are in. They have to stay calm and think positive. Before volunteering others to help him, he has to volunteer himself first to show off and start up with a good example to the other volunteers behind. Make sure he gathers all his teammates, have a group meeting to discuss the best possible solution to the situation.

1. A good leader has an exemplary character. It is of utmost importance that a leader is trustworthy to lead others. A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honestly and integrity. A good leader "walks the talk" and in doing so earns the right to have responsibility for others. True authority is born from respect for the good character and trustworthiness of the person who leads.

2. A good leader is enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as leader. People will respond more openly to a person of passion and dedication. 5. Good leaders are tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, composed and steadfast to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go and a good leader takes these as part of the journey and keeps a cool head.

6. A good leader, as well as keeping the main goal in focus, is able to think analytically. Not only does a good leader view a situation as a whole, but is able to break it down into sub parts for closer inspection. While keeping the goal in view, a good leader can break it down into manageable steps and make progress towards it.

A good leader thinks well in stressful situations and not panic. He would then think of possible solutions to help himself and the others calmly. He also would ask everyone to remain calm.

  2. Craft your research findings in an email.
    • Cite the resources that your referred in at the end of the write-up.
  3. Set the Subject title of the email to be: eLearning CE: Activity 3 - Your Name (Reg number)

  4. Email your research to the email address given in the Googlesite.
